How Often Should You Clean the Oven

See this content in the original post

Hi everyone, Tim here from Chasing Pristine with another tip while home cleaning

It's generally recommended to clean your oven at least once every three months. However, depending on how often you use the oven, you may need to clean it more frequently. If you cook often and notice a build-up of grease and grime, it’s a good idea to clean the oven more often.

For manual cleaning, you can use a non-abrasive cleaner and a damp cloth or sponge. Be sure to wear protective gloves to protect your hands from the chemicals in the cleaner. Spray the cleaner directly onto the surface of the oven and let it stand for the time stated on the instructions before scrubbing it off with a damp cloth. Make sure to scrub in a circular motion to ensure that all grime and grease has been removed.

If there are stuck-on food bits, use a soft brush or toothbrush with a gentle solution of baking soda and water before wiping the area off with a damp cloth. Finally, dry the inside of the oven well. This will help prevent future build-up of grime.

We hope this has helped
