How to Minimise Indoor Gas Heaters Smell

See this content in the original post

Hi everyone, Tim here from Chasing Pristine with another tip while home cleaning

1. Ensure that the gas heater is used correctly following the manufacturer's instructions.

2. Look for any sign of a gas leak and ensure that all fittings are secure and correctly tightened.

3. Make sure the room is well ventilated by opening windows or using a fan to help disperse the smell.

4. Clean the heater regularly to prevent build-up of dust and dirt which can create unpleasant odours.

6. You may want to consider using an air purifier or dehumidifier in the room to help remove any lingering smells.

7. Keep the area around the heater clean and free of clutter, as dirt and dust can collect around the unit and add to the smell.

8. Avoid burning scented candles or aerosols near the heater which can add to the smells.

9. Check if there is a gas inlet filter that needs to be cleaned or replaced on a regular basis.

10. Consider using a natural air freshener or an odour-neutralising spray to help reduce any smells that may linger in the air.

We hope this has helped
