1. Empty and clean your rubbish bin regularly. Taking out the rubbish helps reduce the smell that builds up over time.

2. Place an odour-neutralising deodoriser inside the bin. This will help to mask any unpleasant smells that may occur.

3. Line the bin with a rubbish bag to prevent any liquid or food from getting on the surface of the bin. This will also help to minimise smells.

4. Try placing a baking soda box in the bottom of the bin to absorb any nasty smells that may occur. Change it every couple of weeks for best smell-reducing results.

5. Spray a disinfectant inside the bin once a month to kill any bacteria or mould that could be contributing to the smell.
