Chasing Pristine Home Cleaning - Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully and in full. By appointing Chasing Pristine Ltd Pty to complete a service, you (customer) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. These terms and conditions can change from time to time. 

1.     Cleaning Services

a.     The service will be for such cleaning duties as agreed between you and Chasing Pristine Pty Ltd at the time of booking.

b.     All cleaning products and equipment required to service your property are provided by the Chasing Pristine Pty Ltd cleaner.

c.     If, at any time prior to, or during your service, a Cleaner feels there is a safety issue, they can terminate the service at their discretion.

2.     Customer Responsibilities

a.     The customer will provide a safe working environment for the Cleaner to perform the service.

b.     The customer will leave access unobstructed to those areas of the property requiring the service.

c.     The customer will provide the Cleaner access to all service utilities, including hot and cold water, electricity and rubbish bins, as required to complete the service.

d.     Prior to the commencement of the service the customer will inform the Cleaner of any hazards, slippery surfaces, risks or dangers the customer is aware of.

3.     Payment terms

a.     The customer agrees to pay at the completion of the service.

b.     Payments are made via direct deposit or by credit card over the telephone.

c.     Direct deposit payment must be received no later than 2 days after the service.

d.     Credit card payments will be processed immediately upon completion of the clean.

4.     GST

a.     Tax Invoices are issued for all services carried out by Cleaning Pristine Pty Ltd.

5.     Quotations

a.     Chasing Pristine Pty Ltd prides itself on accurate quotes. The quoted price before the first clean will be upheld unless under conditions where what was conveyed significantly differs from what is at the site of cleaning. If the Cleaner believes the quote to be inaccurate Chasing Pristine reserves the right to adjust the price before any subsequent cleaning services.

b.     If a service is requested outside of the original quote (e.g., addition of an oven or window clean) you will be informed of any extra cost and this work will commence on subsequent cleaning services.

6.     Changes to days or time of service

a.     Any changes to the service originally agreed to between your Chasing Pristine Pty Ltd Cleaner and the customer must be advised, and the price agreed on, prior to the service commencing.

b.     For the best outcome, please call a day or so ahead to make sure all your needs can be met.

7.     Changes to scope of services

a.     Any changes to the service originally agreed to between Chasing Pristine Pty Ltd the customer must be advised, and the price agreed on at least two (2) prior to the service commencing.

8.     Complaints

a.     Customers must report dissatisfaction with the service provided, within 24 hours of completion of the service. Chasing Pristine Pty Ltd will endeavour to resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. This will involve Proof of Service scrutiny against what the raised complaint comprises of. Chasing Pristine Pty Ltd may, at its discretion, offer the customer either of the following:

                                               i.     A partial or full refund; or

                                             ii.     Re-supply of the service without charge

9.     Your Details/Personal Information

a.     Chasing Pristine Pty Ltd agrees not to share any information provided by the customer with any third party not directly involved in the provision of the service (unless required to do so by law).

10.  No Locked in Contract

a.     The customer is not locked into any contracts with regards to regular cleaning services.
