How To Clean Gas Stove Tops

Hi everyone, Tim here from Chasing Pristine with another tip while home cleaning

1. Before cleaning the gas stovetop, make sure to turn off the burners and allow the stovetop to cool completely.

2. Once cooled, use a damp cloth to wipe away any food or grease particles from the surface of the stovetop.

3. If there are additional stubborn stains, create a paste using equal parts baking soda and water and apply to the stained area. Let the paste sit for 15 minutes before scrubbing with a non-abrasive sponge.

4. For tougher stains, try using a commercial cleaner specifically designed for stovetops and follow the instructions on the label.

5. Rinse the surface with a damp cloth and dry with a soft towel.

6. To maintain your gas stovetop, keep it wiped clean on a regular basis. Use a cloth or sponge dampened with warm, soapy water to remove any food spills or residue from the surface.

We hope this has helped
