How To Safely Remove Dust From Technology

Hi everyone, Tim here from Chasing Pristine with another tip while home cleaning

1. Power down and unplug the device before attempting to clean it.

2. Gently wipe the device with a microfiber cloth or disposable wipes.

3. If the device is particularly dusty, use a can of compressed air to blow away any excess dust.

4. To get into small crevices, use a soft paintbrush or cotton swab to dislodge dust and dirt.

5. After you've wiped the device, use a vacuum with a soft brush attachment to remove any remaining dust particles.

6. Inspect the device for any remaining dust or dirt and repeat the cleaning process if necessary.

7. For extra safety, consider using a lint-free cloth dampened with a mild cleaner (diluted vinegar or rubbing alcohol) to wipe down the device before drying it off with a soft, dry cloth.

8. Finally, keep the device in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight and make sure to power it down when not in use to prevent overheating and further dust build-up.

We hope this has helped
