How to Effectively Clean Picture Frames

1. Start by gathering the necessary materials, such as a soft, lint-free cloth, a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment, and a glass cleaner.

2. Begin by vacuuming the frame with the brush attachment to remove any dust or debris. Be sure to use gentle strokes so as not to scratch the frame.

3. Next, use the damp cloth to clean the frame. Use gentle strokes to avoid damaging the surface of the frame. If needed, use a mild detergent or glass cleaner to help remove any tough stains.

4. When finished, wipe down the frame with a dry cloth to dry off any excess moisture.

5. For wooden frames, you may also want to consider polishing them with a wood polish or wax to help them maintain their shine over time.

6. Once the frame is cleaned and polished, if you have removed the backing carefully press back into place. This will help keep the picture secure and keep dust out.

7. Finally, re-hang your clean frames and admire your handiwork!
